10 years of cooperation with Americal Councils for International Education. First International Summer School "Russia - Europe relations". First issue of the journal "Notebooks of the International University". A new Sports Centre is opened at the Kuntzevo campus. Regular accreditation of IUM for the next 5 years. |

A new University building is opened on September 1, 2004. New representative offices in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Prague (Czech Republic) are established. |
