Not long ago we celebrated the 10th year anniversary or our students studying at your university. We are sincerely delighted with our joint efforts, and as a result we are able to not only provide the students with the opportunity to receive a good education, but also to simultaneously play an active role in bringing our 2 countries closer together.
In other words, American students that study at your university feel at home. You always try to maintain a friendly atmosphere, treating our students as you would your own. I sincerely hope that we will continue to work together in this direction. |

The University of California's Education Abroad Program has been working in Russia for many years. Before we found our home at IUM, we worked in the past with many Russian partner institutions, but we have never been so satisfied as we are now with IUM. In matters ranging from visa support to housing to academic courses, IUM is clearly the leading Moscow institution. In particular, the Russian language instruction is excellent and provides our students at all levels of preparation with the tools they need to master Russian. |

I came to Russia with a zero knowledge of the language and lust for adventure and something different in life. Initially I wanted to stay for a semester. The semester was so life changing and interesting that I stayed for a year. That year turned into a five year degree and an experience that has greatly altered the way I see the world around me and the things that I value in life. What I found when I got here was a community of helpful and supportive teachers and staff that was ready to do all they could to teach me Russian, meet Russians and learn the culture, and have a safe and enjoyable stay. What I will eventually leave is a family of great friends and collegues and a second native tongue.
So, with all of my heart, I advise each and everyone of you that is truly interested in masstering Russian to consider Intemational University of Moscow and look into its rich proogram and unique teaching approaches. |

I would like to thank my faculty staff and my professors for the knowledge and the opportuunities that were given to me while studying here at Arts Management Department.
I
n 2003 I was lucky to spend a winter term in Canada, University of Western Ontario. This exchange program gave me a real chance to experience other country's culture, students' and social life, to straighten my English and French language skills.

Being a student at IUM I got a wonderful opportunity to travel to another continent, to a completely different country, where people have their own style of life, outgoing open character, peculiar phylosophy, traditions and habits. It was a great chance to feel a differrent culture from within, and there wasn't a minute of regret about this experience.
As soon as I passed through the door of University of Northern Iowa, I fall into the atmossphere of studying, where everything was made to involve students into studying process. I also made a lot of friends at UNI, who became a real family for me.
I am very thankful to the teachers and staff of the International University for all knowlledge and assistance and opportunities that I got while studying here. |
